Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of LoveStyle NYC Photography ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

LoveStyle NYC provides professional photography services in New York City. Our services include portrait sessions, couple photography, family photography, and related offerings as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

Booking and Payment

• Payment is due on the day of your session
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payments (Venmo, Zelle, PayPal)
• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations are free when made at least 48 hours in advance
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• We may reschedule due to inclement weather at no additional charge
• No-shows without prior notice may affect future booking eligibility

Image Delivery

• Edited images are delivered within 24 hours of your photoshoot
• Images are delivered via secure online gallery
• Raw, unedited files are not provided
• Gallery access is available for 1 year from delivery date

Copyright and Usage Rights

All photographs taken during your session are copyrighted by LoveStyle NYC Photography. Upon full payment, you receive:

• Personal use license for all delivered images
• Right to print, share on social media, and use for personal purposes
• Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreement

We reserve the right to use images from your session for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a client or their guests behave inappropriately, are intoxicated, or create unsafe conditions. All participants must follow photographer instructions and NYC laws during outdoor sessions.

Liability

• We are not responsible for personal injuries during sessions unless caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• In the rare event of equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to a refund of the session fee
• We recommend clients have their own insurance for valuable personal items brought to sessions

Model Release

By booking a session, you grant LoveStyle NYC Photography permission to use your likeness in photographs for promotional purposes. A separate model release form may be provided for specific commercial uses. You may request exclusion from promotional use in writing.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
