How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our Contact page. Simply fill out the form with your preferred dates and package, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss the details.

What if it rains?

NYC weather can be unpredictable. We can either embrace the rain (umbrellas and reflections make for stunning photos!) or reschedule for the next available slot. We monitor the forecast closely and will coordinate with you 24 hours prior.

How quickly do I get my photos?

All packages include delivery within 5-7 business days. Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

How do I receive the final photos?

We'll send you a link to your private viewing gallery where you can download all your photos.

Can I bring a friend or family?

Absolutely! Friends and family are welcome to join. Our packages work great for couples, families, and small groups. Just let us know how many people will be in the photos when you book.

I'm not good at posing — will you help?

Don't worry at all! Our photographers guide you through every pose and moment. You don't need any experience — just relax, be yourself, and we'll take care of the rest.

Do you provide outfits, styling, hair, or makeup services?

Yes! We can arrange outfits, a personal stylist, a professional hairdresser, and a makeup artist for any package upon request. Just let us know what you need when booking, and we'll take care of everything.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll find a new date that works for you. For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.

Which locations do you shoot at?

We shoot at all the iconic NYC spots: Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge, Central Park, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, and many hidden gems. During our consultation, we'll help you choose the best locations based on your style and the time of day.

Where do I meet my photographer?

We'll arrange a specific meeting point before your shoot date. Your photographer will be easy to spot — all our team members carry a LoveStyle ID card.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week ahead to secure your preferred date and time. Popular times (weekends, golden hour slots) fill up quickly, so earlier is better!

Do you shoot weddings?
