Information

Everything you need to know about booking your NYC photo experience.

You can book directly through our Contact page. Simply fill out the form with your preferred dates and package, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and discuss the details.

NYC weather can be unpredictable. We can either embrace the rain (umbrellas and reflections make for stunning photos!) or reschedule for the next available slot. We monitor the forecast closely and will coordinate with you 24 hours prior.

All packages include guaranteed 24-hour delivery — most galleries arrive even sooner.

We send a link to your private online gallery, guaranteed within 24 hours of the shoot and usually sooner. You can download everything in full resolution with full rights, and the gallery stays online for a year.

Absolutely! Friends and family are welcome to join. Our packages work great for couples, families, and small groups. Just let us know how many people will be in the photos when you book.

Don't worry at all! Our photographers guide you through every pose and moment. You don't need any experience — just relax, be yourself, and we'll take care of the rest.

Yes! We can arrange outfits, a personal stylist, a professional hairdresser, and a makeup artist for any package upon request. Just let us know what you need when booking, and we'll take care of everything.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your shoot. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll find a new date that works for you. Closer to the shoot time, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

We shoot at all the iconic NYC spots — Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO, Times Square, Grand Central, Top of the Rock, Hudson Yards and the Statue of Liberty view from Battery Park — plus quieter corners most visitors never find. We have detailed guides for the most popular ones, including the hour of day each looks best. When you book we will help you choose based on your style and the light.

We agree a specific meeting point before your shoot date. Ahead of the day we send you your photographer's photo and their Instagram, so you know exactly who you are looking for.

We recommend booking at least one week ahead to secure your preferred date and time. Popular times (weekends, golden hour slots) fill up quickly, so earlier is better!

Yes — surprise proposals, City Hall ceremonies, elopements and full wedding days. Wedding coverage is built around your schedule rather than sold by the hour, so it is quoted individually: send your date, venue and a rough timeline through the contact form and we will come back with a price. Our Weddings page walks through how a proposal shoot stays a surprise and what a City Hall morning actually looks like, and we have detailed guides for Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, Times Square and Top of the Rock.

There is no fixed wedding price, because no two wedding days are the same length or shape. A City Hall morning and a full day with a ceremony, portraits and a reception are different amounts of work, so we quote each one individually. Send us your date, venue and a rough timeline through the contact form and you will get a real number back, not a brochure. Sessions that are not weddings start at $250 and those prices are published in full on our Packages page.

Yes. Brooklyn is a regular request — DUMBO, the Brooklyn Bridge waterfront, Williamsburg — and we also shoot in Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Manhattan is simply where most visitors stay, not a limit. Tell us the neighbourhood you have in mind and we will tell you the best time of day for it.

Winter is one of the best times to photograph New York, and one of the least crowded. Snow on the paths in Central Park, holiday lights on Fifth Avenue, steam rising off the streets downtown, and landmarks you can actually stand in front of without a queue. We keep sessions moving so nobody is standing still in the cold, plan warm stops along the route, and can shoot largely indoors — Grand Central, the Oculus, hotel lobbies — if the day turns bitter. Bring a good coat; it photographs better than you think.
